Pearland Therapist & Counselor Jobs

• All Therapist jobs require an independent Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. If you have a provisional license (practicing under supervision), only apply if you are a few weeks from upgrading to your independent license. If independently licensed in another state, apply to this job once you have submitted your application for your Texas license.

• All Therapist jobs are Independent Contractor (1099) positions.

• Pay starts between $51 and $68 per completed session with room for growth in the future. Additional compensation is given for late cancellations, no-shows, letter writing, and form completion.

• Full-time therapists may opt-in for the following benefits through The Resilience Center of Houston: Health, Dental, Vision, and IRA Retirement matching.

• Flexible schedules are available for work-life balance - morning, afternoon, and evening options on weekdays and weekends. Set your own hours.

• Hybrid work options are available. The therapist may provide some remote counseling from home.

• We have waiting lists for our therapists and are able to fill caseloads in a max of 30 days.

• Therapist jobs start after 3.5 months of paneling with insurance companies.

• Full administrative support is provided, including paneling with 30+ insurance companies, client referrals, intakes, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, claims, collections, records requests and management, etc.

• Clinical support is provided with regular Case Consultation groups and a Clincal Director available for support.

• Leadership promotion opportunities may be available for skilled therapists.

Part-time Therapists

• Therapist works evenings and/or weekend hours in-person.

• Must have 15+ hours of weekly availability to see clients.

You will choose the therapy modalities, populations, and treatment issues you want to work with. Options are available for individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, play therapy and the treatment of children, teens, and adults.​
