Considering therapy to resolve your concerns instead is a hug step in putting yourself first. Therapy can be intimidating, but you are not going this alone. I will work with you through the process of tackling your goals and creating a comfortable life you genuinely enjoy.


In our sessions, I focus solely on you: your experiences, your troubles, your highs, and your lows. I strive to create a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted. I am an advocate for both creating and living a peaceful and easy-


going lifestyle and my therapeutic approach supports that. I primarily utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), positive psychology, and strength-based therapy. ​I truly care about my client’s comfort, and my passion for this work is fueled by supporting clients’ development of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and growth.


I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Houston in 2015 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019. As an LPC-Associate, I am in the process of completing my counseling hours under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Christina Runnels. This supervision ensures I am helping you in the best ways possible.
